Click "Book Now" on this page, review and agree to the rental terms, then select your party date and items. Once you've chosen your items, agree to the rental agreement and we'll process your booking. Payment can be made via Square, Cash App, or Zelle. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Yes! We offer delivery for $40 flat rate to locations within 20 miles of our location in Cypress, TX (7317 Grand Mason Drive). For locations beyond 20 miles, we charge an additional $2 per mile. An adult must be present to sign for the delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather.
Yes, pickup is available! Select the pickup option when booking through our calendar — no phone call needed. Pickup times are 8AM - 6PM, and we ask that you schedule at least 2 hours in advance. You'll receive your pickup time confirmation via email.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event date receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will result in 20% of your payment being retained by Houston Party Essentials LLC. Damage charges vary by item: White Folding Chair ($15), 6ft Table ($115), 8ft Table ($120), Round Table ($150), Tablecloth ($15), Tablecloth Bag ($15). If items are returned excessively dirty, a $25 cleaning fee per item will apply. All renters must agree to our damage policy before completing a booking.
Items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Late returns are charged at $10 per hour per item after the 24-hour period. Please plan accordingly and contact us if you need an extension: 713-482-9110
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Square — Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.

1. Responsibility for Items

You are fully responsible for all rented items from delivery/pickup until return to Houston Party Essentials LLC in original condition.

2. Damage Policy

Damaged, broken, missing, or excessively dirty items are charged: Chair $15 | 6ft Table $115 | 8ft Table $120 | Round Table $150 | Tablecloth $15 | Cleaning $25/item

3. Return & Late Charges

Items must be returned within 24 hours. Late returns: $10 per hour per item.

4. Cancellation Policy

48+ hours before event: full refund. Within 48 hours: 20% retained.

5. Liability

Houston Party Essentials LLC is not liable for injuries or damages from improper equipment use. You assume all risk.
